Pizza or Chicken Fingers. Although I can't get enough of those chocolate eclair and Oreo ice cream bars.

Everyone that has helped me through the downers of running. And my Dad.

It smells funny over there.

Train hard, train smart. Eat and sleep a ton. Forget the bad days and draw upon the good ones.
