8th Annual Hansons High School Day Camp

Learn from some of America's best distance runners and their coaches!

WHEN:
Monday July 26th through Thursday July 29th 2004
9:00 am until 1:00 PM

WHO:
Grades 7-12

WHERE:
Dodge Park in Sterling Heights

WHAT:
A low intensity instructional camp designed to teach training and racing techniques and strategies. Applicable to all levels.

FEE:
$50 includes Instruction, T-Shirt, Camp Awards, and Daily Refreshments. In addition campers get free entry into Friday Evening's Cross Country Race.
$70 entry for anyone entering after July 7th.

TRAINING:
Groups will be separated by ability and fitness level.
Five day mileage will vary from 15 to 40 miles.

Instructors will include Hansons staff and Hansons-Brooks Distance Project Athletes.
