Weekly Comments: This was a great week of training in North Carolina. Things are on track for Chicago. Starting to feel the effects of the high mileage here in the rolling mountains, but getting very strong. It was a very solid week. After each run I would soak in the streams for about 15 min. The water temp is around 55-60. Also got a massage after the long run.
