One of my best weeks of training ever. Volume was good and intensity was high. Legs are a little tired and I've got some minor aches and pains, but my confidence is way up. |

This was a huge jump in mileage for me. My previous best was 101 miles, which I did this Spring. My legs are tired from the extra mileage, but I am feeling stronger everyday. |
