Ran on the hilly bike path at Stoney Creek Park.  Workout was go through mile in 5:10, then Go.

10:50, 10:23, 10:17 (had to be 15-30 sec faster each loop to continue running the workout)

Majority of group was too fast on #2, so their workout was over.  Clint, Donnie, Trent, and Myself made it to #3

Placed 4th overall.  Weather was perfect and legs felt great!

One of my best weeks of training ever.  Volume was good and intensity was high.  Legs are a little tired and I've got some minor aches and pains, but my confidence is way up.

This was a huge jump in mileage for me. My previous best was 101 miles, which I did this Spring. My legs are tired from the extra mileage, but I am feeling stronger everyday.
