When:  Monday July 26 through Thursday July 29, 2010      9:00 am until 1:00 PM

Who:  Grades 7-12

Where:  Delia Park (18 Mile Road between Ryan and Dequindre) 

What:  A low intensity instructional camp designed to teach training and racing techniques and strategies. Applicable to all levels.

Fee:  $70 includes Instruction, T-Shirt, Camp Awards, and Daily Refreshments.  $85 after July 18, 2010.  In addition campers get free entry into Friday Evening's Cross Country Race

Training:  Groups will be separated by ability and fitness level, five day mileage will vary from 15 to 40 miles

Instructors will include Hansons staff and Hansons-Brooks Distance Project Athletes
