This year’s clinics are the same structure as years past, using the same training program that has gained national acclaim, but are now presented by Luke Humphrey, an exercise physiologist as well as a member of the Hanson’s-Brooks ODP.

What to expect:
The clinics this year will be conducted by Luke Humphrey, M.S., owner of Hanson's Coaching Services, LLC a company that provides custom training schedules using the same principles of the traditional “Hanson’s coaching methods,” as well as provides physiological testing (VO2max, Anaerobic Threshold, and Resting Metabolic Rate) to help athletes reach their maximum potential.
